Phlebotomy

The basic functions of the Phlebotomist are to accurately collect and process appropriate patient samples for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease and to conduct CLIA-waived medical laboratory testing

Medical Assistant 

A certified Medical Assistant (MA) main role is to provide basic assistance to patients in a variety of medical settings. The curriculum sees to develop in students some general approaches to the knowledge necessary of medical assistants to work effectively in the field and to engage them in the intellectual work of the discipline.

EKG

ECG/EKG (Electrocardiogram) Technicians perform ECG tests that record and monitor electrical impulses transmitted by the heart. An (EKG or ECG) technician administers diagnostic cardiac tests to patients pre-surgery or to patients who may have cardiac problems; the tests help detect, and monitor medical conditions such as heart disease, arrhythmia, pericarditis and angina.

CPR and First Aid

Our CPR class is offered through American Heart Association (AHA) and is the "BLS for healthcare Provider". This class is offered.

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides provide routine personal healthcare to patients. Healthcare such as bathing, dressing, or grooming for elderly or disabled persons. Healthcare can be provided in the home of patients or in a residential care facility.
